Pet Expectations - Helping keep pets safe, one tag at a time.

Thank you for visiting Pet Expectations, a very "Unique" online Pet Store

My name is Jill Klancic I'm the owner of Pet Expectations and everything you see on this site has been developed and created by myself.

You're going to find unusual items on my site, even within the Lupine section that other dealers just don't offer. "Moose on the Loose" a custom Lupine 1" pattern and "Polar Paws" a 3/4" pattern are only available through Pet Expectations.

  • I launched Pet Expectations in 2005.
  • In 2006 Pet Expectations was the first dealer to approach Lupine about re-marketing retired patterns. I was really new to the Lupine market and was curious about how retired items worked, etc. It ended up being a great way to stand out from the crowd. It is one of the reasons Pet Expectations is one of Lupine's top online dealers.
  • If you have Lupine items which are retired, or discontinued and have been damaged and you would like to take advantage of Lupine's guarantee and get the same retired pattern as a replacement I will happily work with you to replace your items for you. Even if you didn't purchase your Lupine from me. If I have the item in stock, go ahead and purchase the item and I'll get it shipped out to you.
  • Mail your damaged Lupine retired item back to me at:
Pet Expectations
P.O. Box 51
Hooper, Utah 84315-0051
  • Once I receive your damaged item in the mail, I will refund the purchase price of the item.
  • I'm organized, friendly and easy to work with. I also LOVE ANIMALS, as you can tell when you search my pages and read about my own pack, flock, farm.... etc. I'm doing this because I need to make a living but I designed this job around what I LOVE TO DO. I feel lucky to engage with customers who have a passion for animals like I do.
  • My turnaround time is prompt and you will receive emails from me, not just my site, very rare in this internet based world. Pet Expectations offers the best customer service around.
  • Have confidence in the items I sell, I do! I've tried them, I listen to what my customers are saying.... I have actually removed items from my site that didn't meet "my expectations".
  • I listen to my customers, I base a great deal of my success on my willingness to make changes to simplify the site, add items they're looking for and to be accessible to them.
  • If you've shopped with me before, and don't remember the size of an item you purchased, I DO! I keep records of my customer's purchases. Don't hesitate to call or email me at [email protected] I'll help you figure out what it is your pet is wearing that needs replaced.
  • The moment you enter my website, you are a safe shopper, www.petexpectations.com is SSL Certified - (Secure Sockets Layer), also called a Digital Certificate, creates a secure link between a website and a visitor's browser. By ensuring that all data passed between the two remains private and secure, SSL encryption prevents hackers from stealing private information such as credit card numbers, names and addresses. Even if you don't shop with me make sure the sites you are shopping with are safe by finding their seal, it will have an SSL on it or an image of a lock on it stating the data is encrypted. Mine is on the bottom of every page and is issued by my web hosting site.
  • Let's not forget all the free items customers will receive when shopping at Pet Expectations. Collectible pens, a magnet and business card to help you find your way back as well as a free Lupine key chain for orders over $25.00.

I really just try to treat people the way I'd want to be treated.

You'll stop by the first time maybe as a link from Lupine, or as a suggestion from a friend, but you'll return because of how I treat you!

After I got a divorce, my parents moved in with me to help on the farm. My dad passed away March 3, 2015 from colon cancer. This is a video of him feeding the pasture pets. He loved it here I'm so glad I got this time with both my parents. My mom passed away December 14, 2016 two days before her 74th birthday. She had Emphysema, Chronic Bronchitis and Pulmonary Hypertension. There's never enough time to have with family but I feel lucky that we got to reconnect and celebrate life at the E-I-E-I-O Farm.
