We have an acre of land and sell free range eggs locally. Our customers LOVE our eggs and our chickens. They even bring their children to see our very friendly chickens. We've definitely brought a different perspective to having chickens. I've gotten more than a few strange looks when I've been seen sitting outside with chickens perched all over me.
Even though they may not understand, neighbors have been very supportive if they've noticed a chicken that has escaped, or a dog where it shouldn't be. They understand how important the chickens are to us.
These pens are a fun way to get the word out to other chicken lovers. They are a nice pen, bright colors and all the proceeds of these pens will go back to our chickens.
If you have land, and have ever thought about owning chickens, I would highly recommend it. When I get stressed, it is the first place I go to relax. You haven't lived until you've had a chicken perch on your head, and look upside down at you :).
