Shopping Cart Help
If you are having troubles updating products or editing your cart, feel free to email me at petexpectations@gmail.com or click on the "lab assistant" button located on any of the main shopping pages if I'm showing "online" for assistance.
To purchase a product:
- First you must utilize the "Add to Cart" or "Buy now" buttons to place an item in the shopping basket.
- After a product is added to the shopping basket, you can click the "View or Edit Cart" links to update quantities or remove products from the basket

Once you have the products and quantities finalized, you can click the "Checkout" link

You'll login if you've set up a login for my site

You'll need to check the "Policy Agreement" line

Select whether or not you qualify to receive a free key chain

If you do qualify to receive a free key chain (or collar buddy) please list them

Choose a free pen

Feel free to leave comments in the comments section

Choose next to go to the next page
- Confirm your information, and complete the required Payment information.
- Finally, select the Order Complete option to complete the transaction.
You should get a "Thank you for your Order" page and you should receive a confirmation email from Pet Expectations. This means the order is complete. Your shopping cart should now be empty.
If you still have items in your shopping cart, you didn't receive a confirmation and the site returns you back to the page with your information looking for credit card information you skipped one of the above steps try again or contact me for help.
