If you receive your collars, leashes, harnesses, Quiet Spots, Cetacea Tag-its and don't like the pattern, or it doesn't fit well, you have the option to exchange the item or get a refund. Please contact me at (800) 778-6612 begin_of_the_skype_highlighting (800) 778-6612 end_of_the_skype_highlighting before shipping the items to let me know the reason for the return/exchange. You'll have up to 30 days from date of purchase to return the item.
Please include the tags with the item(s) you are returning (If you have them). Refunds will be issued by check once the product has been received by me. The items must be in like new condition, only have been tried on, free from any odors including smoke, perfumes, etc.
Warranty issues such as chewing or damage to Lupine items that your pet is using need to be returned to Lupine for replacement please see the Lupine Guarantee page for more information. Please do not ship warranty replacements to me, it will only delay your replacement time.

Flexi Leash returns will be accepted with original packaging, as long as customer contacts Pet Expectations within 20 days from the original ship date. Customer will be responsible for a restocking fee of $4.95 or 15% whichever is greater (so please shop wisely), plus customer will be responsible for shipment back to distributor, we recommend customer use some type of tracking shipment to confirm receipt by distributor. Any items found defective after 10 days of use should be sent back to the manufacturer for warranty replacement.
Muttluks Paw Wear and Apparel is exchangeable, the products must be free of fur, customer must ship them back directly to Muttluks in Canada. Customer would be responsible to pay Pet Expectations $16.00 to reship replacement plus additional cost if you need to step up to a larger size. If the size is smaller, then we would adjust the shipping owed to be less. Free shipping is only for the original Muttluks item.
If you receive an item from Elmo's Closet that doesn't fit correctly, please contact us, we'll need to collect from you $3.00 in shipping plus or minus costs as it relates to the size of the item you're going to be exchanging for. At that point you'll mail your item back to Elmo's Closet to be exchanged. Items must be in like new condition. Once they've received your item, and notification from us that you've paid for shipping and the difference in the cost they will ship the replacement out to you.
