I've set this up to make shipping affordable to ALL customers, keeping small orders affordable. One of my biggest gripes with buying items on line on a personal level is when I end up spending more in shipping than I did for the item.

Shipping time frames:
- I will combine ship.... if you need to add something to a current order just email me at petexpectations@gmail.com or call me at 800-778-6612. There may be additional postage charged if it changes the weight of your order.
- All retired Lupine is in stock and will ship out within 72 hours depending on what day it is. I ship Monday through Friday. If you have current patterns as well on your order, the retired patterns will be held until the current ones arrive (if I don't have them in stock) from Lupine. Then the entire order will be shipped out to you.
- Other in stock items include: NiteIze safety lights, Itzadog Quiet Spot Tag silencers, collectible pens, pet tags, dog and cat angel pins, Zogoflex and Lupine key chains.
- I don't stock everything here, it allows me to offer a larger selection to customers. Retired items are here in stock. If you're not in a hurry, choose the U.S. Postal Service shipping and you'll receive your order within 7-10 days of the time you placed it on my website. (This is not guaranteed). If you need it quicker, please contact me before you place your order (so you won't be disappointed!). I'll do my best to keep things rolling promptly!

$8.00 per order via UPS direct from Mfg. - Ships direct from Lupine (New Hampshire), UPS Ground takes 3-5 business days. Orders must only include Lupine items and can not include any retired items as they are in stock in Utah. The closer you are to New Hampshire the quicker you will receive your items. For example, customers in Connecticut or Massachusetts will receive their package in one business day, when shipped UPS from Lupine.
At this time larger items are only available to ship to Canada and the United States for example: Dog Beds, Pet Gates, Kennels, etc.
- This shipping rate does not include any duty which you may incur on your end when the package arrives in your country. Those charges are separate and you will need to pay those when the package arrives.
- All of the items I advertise on my site are either in stock here or available through the manufacturer and ordered as purchased by my customers. If for any reason the item you purchased becomes unavailable due to prior customer purchases, or being discontinued by the manufacturer, I will offer to replace the item with an item of equal value or refund your money.
