• I started this shipping program to save customers money who were just purchasing one or two items.  When shopping on this site this selection should be chosen, if you're only buying one or two items (unless you are purchasing only current Lupine and wish to have it shipped direct from New Hampshire**). 
• All retired Lupine is in stock and will ship out within 24 hours depending on what day it is. I ship Monday through Friday unless otherwise noted on my website.  If you have current patterns as well on your order, the retired patterns will be held until the current ones arrive (if I don't have them in stock) from Lupine.  Then the entire order will be shipped out to you.
• Other in stock items include:  Cetacea Tag-its, safety lights and combo collars.  Itzadog Quiet Spot Tag silencers, Yellow Dog Holiday Collars and West Paw Design Pet Toys, collectible pens, pet tags, dog and cat angel pens and Lupine key chains.
• Parrot Food orders must use the $9.85 priority shipping selection, up to (4) 3 lb. bags of food can fit in one of these boxes.

The way I'm able to offer the $1.75 shipping is I combine my customers orders with my weekly orders with Lupine. 

Here's how it works:

• Customer orders received Friday through Sunday will go on my Monday order to Lupine.  I should receive the Monday order by Thursday of the same week. 
• Customer orders received Monday will go on my Tuesday order to Lupine.  I should receive the Tuesday order by Friday of the same week.
• Customer orders received Tuesday will go on my Wednesday order to Lupine.  I should receive the Wednesday order by Monday of the following week. 
• Customer orders received Wednesday will go on my Thursday order to Lupine.  I should receive the Thursday order by Tuesday of the following week.
• Customer orders received Thursday will go on my Friday order to Lupine.  I should receive the Friday order by Wednesday of the following week.
• Upon receipt of my orders, I will contact customers who chose the $1.75 shipping that their items have been received, and are on the way via first class mail (USPS).   All orders will be shipped with delivery confirmation, for no additional cost to customers.
• $1.75 shipping money saver if you only have one or two items, and aren't in a hurry.
• Please use $1.75 shipping for retired patterns as they are all in stock only. 
• **$7.00 per order via UPS direct from Mfg. - Ships direct from Lupine (New Hampshire), UPS Ground takes 3-5 business days.  Orders must not include any retired items as they are in stock in Utah.
• $4.80 per order USPS 7-10 days - Now you can buy as many Lupine collars, leashes, harnesses and key chains as your heart desires. It also includes pet tags, dog or cat angel pins, remembrance key chains, collectible pens, Cetacea Tag-its, Cetacea safety lights and Quiet Spot tag silencers. Remember if you choose the above shipping, you pay just $4.80 to ship the entire order. First class mail is 7-10 days, sometimes sooner depending on if the items are in stock.  If you're purchasing retired Lupine as well as current patterns and have a large quantity of items in your cart, this would be a good option for you to choose.

  So you're done shopping, Pet Expectations has sent you a confirmation email, you're sitting down watching T.V., or you decide to surf my site again and suddenly you think of something else you just have to have!  No problem. 

1. Email me at petexpectations@gmail.com to see if I've shipped your order yet.  If I haven't, I'll watch for your next order. 
2. Process your order and choose whatever shipping rate works the best for your order.  If I'm able to combine your orders, I will refund your overpayment of shipping to you with a coupon code which you can then use on your next trip to www.petexpectations.com. 
3. This will keep it simple, convenient and will offer you a credit for the next time you shop.

This is the only way I can offer the combine shipping to my customers.  Due to the large amount of customers I am now handling it would be impossible for me to handle customers individually, either through emails or by phone.  I appreciate your understanding.

International Rate

Pet Expectations now ships pet tags, Lupine, Cetacea and Quiet Spots to international destinations.  I can access the priority envelope rate offered by the United States Post Office for $14.00 (up to 4 lbs.)

All of the items I advertise on my site are either in stock here or available through the manufacturer and ordered as purchased by my customers.  If for any reason the item you purchased becomes unavailable due to prior customer purchases, or being discontinued by the manufacturer, I will offer to replace the item with an item of equal value or refund your money.
