• All retired Lupine is in stock and will ship out within 24 hours depending on what day it is. I ship Monday through Friday unless otherwise noted on my website.  If you have current patterns as well on your order, the retired patterns will be held until the current ones arrive (if I don't have them in stock) from Lupine.  Then the entire order will be shipped out to you.
• Other in stock items include:  Cetacea Tag-its, safety lights, Itzadog Quiet Spot Tag silencers, collectible pens, pet tags, dog and cat angel pens, Tuff Enuff Toys, Zogoflex and Lupine key chains.
• I don't stock all of the current Lupine items here, it allows me to offer a larger selection to customers.  Retired items are here in stock.  If you're not in a hurry, choose the $2.95 shipping and you'll receive your order within 7-10 days of the time you placed it on our website. 
• If you are in a hurry, and live on the east coast of the United States, it will definitely be worthwhile to choose the $7.00 UPS shipping, direct from Lupine.  Some states that are right next to New Hampshire will receive their order within one day of the time it's shipped from Lupine.
• DOG WATCH items - Lupine only makes these collars in the afternoon EST. Depending on when your order is placed with us, these orders will be a day behind our regular orders.
• $7.00 per order via UPS direct from Mfg. - Ships direct from Lupine (New Hampshire), UPS Ground takes 3-5 business days.  Orders must not include any retired items as they are in stock in Utah.   The closer you are to New Hampshire the quicker you will receive your items.  For example, customers in Connecticut or Massachusettes will receive their package in one business day, when shipped UPS from Lupine. 
• $16.00 International Priority Rate - Pet Expectations now ships pet tags, Lupine, Elmo's Closet, Wagging Green, Cetacea and Quiet Spots to international destinations.  I can access the priority envelope rate offered by the United States Post Office for $16.00.  If it doesn't fit into the priority flat rate box, it will then be shipped First Class International.  This shipping rate does not include any duty which you will incur on your end when the package arrives in your country.  Those charges are separate and you will need to pay those when the package arrives.  The $14.00 is only for the cost to ship the package from the United States to your country.
• All of the items I advertise on my site are either in stock here or available through the manufacturer and ordered as purchased by my customers.  If for any reason the item you purchased becomes unavailable due to prior customer purchases, or being discontinued by the manufacturer, I will offer to replace the item with an item of equal value or refund your money.
