These are my two "rock star" roosters Chicklet (front) Rosiski (back)
they're actually Polish Roosters I call them rock stars because of their wild feather hair doos.
For many of you who have followed me from my old site design, to this "new fangled one" it may feel a bit unfamiliar at first. This page will help you get headed the right direction.

You'll find all of the items to purchase now located on the left hand portion of the screen in easy to use drop down menus. Many customers are going to find items they didn't even know I carried. If you're really stuck and can't find what you're looking for on the left menu, scroll down on any page to the bottom, the 2nd from the right is a Sitemap link if you click that it will give you a real break down of what is where on my site.

The next thing to understand is retired patterns are now grouped together by size. No longer will customers have to jump around from page to page between each 3/4" pattern. I've put them together as if they were still a running line of product, they have a swatch image on each category showing you what might be available at any given time. The images are set up very similar to what Lupine sends me every month when they introduce new current patterns. Below each of these swatch patterns, you'll find collars, combo collars, harnesses, etc. The image in each width will be of the most recently retired item (on the current patterns it's the newest pattern that has been released).

Some items have more than one size available in them so you can go at it one of two ways.... you can either choose the size you're looking for first, and then see if you're pattern is in stock by going to the drop down menu of patterns and seeing if your pattern shows up. Or you can choose the pattern first and go to the size box and see if your size is available.

The nice part of this system is your original pattern you came to search for may not be in stock, but you may find another retired item that is.

On each of the retired width pages is a magical fairy princess which you can click and she will take you to a form to fill out. If your item isn't available don't hesitate to fill out your wish. I'll do my best to make it come true. Many items never make it to the website because they are so popular and are highly sought after. Customers are patiently waiting for them in line. They do come in, customers waiting on the wish list get them. I've set up the wish list purchase page so everyone can see people's wishes coming true.
When you're finished shopping and are checking out, there are two additional questions at check out now which will simplify your life and mine! The first question is which Lupine Key Chain or Collar Buddy you would like (if your order fits the bill). There's instructions, images, etc. to walk you through. The second question is which pen would you prefer?
I'm also able to help fix orders for customers. Don't hesitate to contact me if you notice after you place your order that you made a mistake. This new system allows me to do much more than I've ever been able to do in the past. I can add to your order, or remove items for you.
