Awesome prompt fast and friendly service.  Its been a few years since i ourchased any lupine products and i was saddened that lupine has reduced the quality of their product the leashes and colkats are not as thick and heavy dutyasthey used to be 😢 but this is lupine not your company.  You are top notch for customer service 😁
