When ordering the new Lucky collar and leash set, I noticed that the Step-in Harness was not listed on Jill's website. I ordered the Roman style instead. On my order form in the comments box, I mentioned that I would prefer the Step-in over the Roman harness. Jill notified me promptly that she would be able to get the Step-in harness from Lupine. I was very pleased with the excellent customer service and quick delivery.
