This was my first time ordering from Pet Expectations. Jill was awesome. Within a short time of my placing my order, Jill contacted me and changed my delivery method saving me postage. My PayPal account posted the credit while I was reading her message. The Lupine harness arrived before expected along with a matching key chain which Jill sent gratuitously. Lupine is a quality product. I highly recommend this merchant for your pet needs!!!😎
