I ordered a Woofstock collar for my Standard Poodle.  It's his "style".  Everyone who knows Isaac knows he is the Peace symbol.  The puppy chewed it.  Sigh...I knew Jill had only 1 Woofstock left.  It is my favorite pattern EVER from Lupine and it IS Isaac.  She offered to replace Isaac's collar with the Lupine guaranty.  I mailed her the chewed collar and she mailed me our new collar.  What intelligent, fast service!  We have been buying our collars/leashes and other goodies from Jill for several years and I can't imagine going somewhere else.  Only Jill gives this quality service.
