Spirit Bear collar February 1, 2018 Reviewer: Judith Klaus from Leeds, Yorkshire United Kingdom   My dog is an unusual shade of brown and Lupine Spirit Bear suits her really well. I was upset when she lost her collar and I found the pattern discontinued. Pet Expectations found me a replacement and since then I have had two more. One she is wearing now and the one I have just purchased which I have put away just in case. Jill and Pet Expectations have been super keeping me up to date with availability and any order is fulfilled and sent promptly. LOVE THIS WEBSITE!! January 4, 2018 Reviewer: Maxine Fenner from Germantown, TN United States   THANK YOU, JILL, FOR YOUR EXCELLENT PRODUCTS AND CUSTOMER SERVICE.  I ORIGINALLY ORDERED A DIFFERENT COLLAR AND ID TAG, BUT DIDN'T REALIZE I HAD THE WRONG SIZE COLLAR UNTIL RECEIVED.  JILL GRACIOUSLY TOOK BACK THE LARGER COLLAR AND GAVE ME CREDIT FOR BOTH THE PURCHASE AND SHIPPING.  I WAS ABLE TO ORDER THE LUPINE SPIRIT BEAR (WHICH WAS THE ONE I REALLY LOVED) NOW THAT I HAD THE CORRECT SIZE FOR MY DOG.  I WILL ONLY GET MY COLLARS AND TAGS FROM PET EXPECTATIONS!!  I RECOMMEND YOU DO TOO.
