Very fast and courteous service from Pet Expectations.  
I already knew the quality and durability of the CollarTag I was looking for and, I was glad to learn you distribute it to Canada now that Boomerang and their previous Canadian distributor don't do it anymore.
However, the shipping price was more expensive than the merchandise itself and it took around 3 weeks to arrive to an urban area.  Have you consider offering 2-3 USPS shipping options so the client can chose depending on his/her needs? I had probably chosen the cheapest one without tracking but maybe someone else could chose the faster more expensive one.  Also, an estimated arrival time was offered when ordering but never given. I do recognize that the information does not seem available even on the USPS international mail web pages.
In overall, I am a new and satisfied Pet Expectations' client.

Frequent customer, Always a great selection of Lupine collars and Leashes. Customer service is exceptional, even when one of my dogs repeatedly chewed my other dogs collars and leashes. No questions asked they would be replaced, and frequently. So glad she outgrew that stage! Just rescued a new puppy and so of course came back for a collar and leash for her.  Once Jill had it in stock it was shipped out to me immediately and I received it the next day! Couldn't ask for better customer service.

My family and I went on an 8 day vacation. We have a small hobby farm with 2 dogs, lots of chickens and ducks, and a large garden.  Jill came over multiple times a day to let the dogs out, feed them, open and close coops and feed and water them, and she even watered my plants for me.  She even noticed one of my roosters had gotten hurt and she isolated him and got him food and water.  You can tell she loves animals and cares for others animals just as she would her own.  She is phenomenal and I will definitely use her again!

I ordered the pink and purple reflective design. Ellen and I walk every night around my apartment community.  I love the visability it provides. It is also super cute on her any time of day!! We purchased the roman harness, collar and 6 foot least all 1/2 inch. Service was super fast and a much better cost then anywhere else I'd seen them.

I am very pleased with the availability of legacy Lupine products. I have been buying the Peace Pup and Dapper Dog Martingale collar designs for my current sidekick, Tyson.  I first bought them for my now deceased Spot. Tyson got tired of the handmedowns and demanded his own stuff.  I got him matching collars, leashes and harnesses in those designs. With a color coordinated bandana and shirt, he will be the best dressed pup at doggie daycare and on our evening walks!

Great selection of retired Lupine designs. I have always been very happy with everything I've purchased. Everything from cat toys (my cat loves the Cat Dancer), dog tags, Lupine collars and stuff for humans has exceeded my expectations.
