Yes, I accept returns within 30 days of the date you received the items. If the error is mine, I will pay for return shipping. If it's an error on the customer end, they will be responsible for shipping. The only thing I can't accept returns on is engraved or personalized tags.
Customers will need to contact Lupine for guarantee replacements. You'll need to go to their website Lupinepet.com. Click on the LupineGuarantee tab to upload an image of the damage. You will need to create an account with Lupine to do this. They will contact you about replacing the item.
Pet Expectations is located in Hooper Utah on the EIEIO Farm. I work from home which allows me to care for my animal hobby farm.
