As always Lupine is well made & good value for money. Penguin Party is so very cute !! I have confidence that the clips on all the products won't come undone which means my doggies will be safe while out & about. There is always plenty of chice with all the bright & colourful patterns!! Also Lupine products wash well, so they keep looking good for years.
