I've had many Lupine collars and leashes before---they wear like no other!!  They are made in the U.S.A. (a BIG plus!) and are guaranteed for life.  The only reason I replace them is if I'm tired of the pattern or if I lose a dog (I won't wear a collar from a deceased dog on another dog).
