Fantastic selection, awesome customer service July 30, 2023 Reviewer: Kim from Edwards   Frequent customer, Always a great selection of Lupine collars and Leashes. Customer service is exceptional, even when one of my dogs repeatedly chewed my other dogs collars and leashes. No questions asked they would be replaced, and frequently. So glad she outgrew that stage! Just rescued a new puppy and so of course came back for a collar and leash for her.  Once Jill had it in stock it was shipped out to me immediately and I received it the next day! 5 Star Pet Sitting! July 11, 2023 Reviewer: Missy Warwood from Hooper, UT United States   My family and I went on an 8 day vacation. We have a small hobby farm with 2 dogs, lots of chickens and ducks, and a large garden.  Jill came over multiple times a day to let the dogs out, feed them, open and close coops and feed and water them, and she even watered my plants for me.  She even noticed one of my roosters had gotten hurt and she isolated him and got him food and water.  You can tell she loves animals and cares for others animals just as she would her own.  She is phenomenal and I will definitely use her again! Always amazing February 14, 2022 Reviewer: Erin from Richmond, VA   Jill is AMAZING! This website is my go-to for Lupine items (especially older prints that are hard to find). Shipping is always super fast. I have never had a problem when ordering from Jill and she's very helpful with exchanges for correct sizes. Excellent customer service August 14, 2021 Reviewer: Jennifer Wright from NC United States   Jill is wonderful! She quickly resolved an issue I had with my order. I order all of our Lupine collars and leashes through Petexpectations. She made recommendations for tags that our 13 wk old puppy can’t destroy. I’ll definitely remain a repeat customer!
